The developments we assist—more than 170 to date—are as unique as the organizations we serve.

They include affordable housing, community facilities and mixed-use projects. They involve new construction, historic rehabilitation, adaptive reuse and advanced green design. They are located in communities throughout Oregon and southwest Washington, and they serve low-income populations varying from chronically homeless individuals to farmworker families.

These projects range in cost from under $5 million to upwards of $50 million, and they are funded with dozens of types of sources, including public grants, conventional loans and tax-credit equity.
