As of January 2012, Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) and Portland Housing Bureau (PHB) are administering the Streamlining Compliance program. To access the Annual Property Report form and other documents, please visit OHCS’s Streamlining Compliance 2012 web page. Also use OHCS’s page to link to the Asset Management Web Portal, hosted by PHB, where you can submit data for your properties.
