Meyer grant will support new HDC program to build organizational capacity in asset management. Building Holistic Asset Management Systems (BHAMS) responds to a widely expressed need for ongoing training and technical support in an area of practice affected by frequently high levels of staff turnover. HDC releases key findings from affordable housing sustainability analysis. HDC's Asset Management & Initiatives team analyzed financial data for 241 Oregon affordable housing properties, and the findings will inform a preservation policy work group. Learn about the work and get links to the data.
