The Comprehensive Development Services program helps mission-driven organizations acquire, build, and renovate physical structures that serve essential community needs. Since 1993, we’ve assisted the development of affordable housing and community facilities valued at more than $288 million. Our development experience includes historic property renovations, new mixed-use developments, and specialized service facilities ranging from medical clinics to Head Start classrooms.
