Property and Asset Management Working Group (PAMWG)

Do you work for an organization that owns affordable housing in Oregon? Do you work in the asset management field? Do you want to grow your skills, solve a technical problem, or form connections with your professional peers? PAMWG—pronounced pom-wog—is a free educational support group for people like you!

At PAMWG sessions, you’ll learn about topics such as…

  • Building and using an asset management plan

  • Managing property management transitions

  • Planning for LIHTC Year 15 exits

You’ll have opportunities to…

  • Trade ideas, troubleshoot, and share encouragement with your peers.

  • Get advice and training from expert facilitators at Housing Development Center.

  • Engage with guest presenters working in and alongside the affordable housing industry.

All experience levels are welcome. You can choose which sessions you want to attend.

When: The second Wednesday of every month

Where: Online, via Zoom

PAMWG is made possible with funding from Portland Housing Bureau. It is open to owners of affordable multi-unit rental housing (housing that serves households earning 80% or less of area median income) operating anywhere in Oregon.
