HDC believes in making our affordable housing delivery system more equitable, sustainable, cost-efficient, and responsive to the people who use it. We support policy, innovation, and peer learning initiatives to advance these goals.

We bring industry experience and relationships to tough and important challenges, such as increasing minority contractor participation in affordable housing development, modeling creative strategies to lower affordable housing capital costs, and planning for public resources to sustain existing affordable housing stock.
